My name is Elias Albisser. I live in the Canton of Zug in Switzerland.

Career

I am currently studying Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at HSLU. In order to focus my all my resources into learning, I am doing my studies full-time.

In July of 2025 I finished the “Berufsmatura Fachrichtung Technik, Architektur, Life Sciences”. My final grade was a 5.6 (Swiss Grading System). Going to school again after having a break from education re-ignited my love for learning, especially mathematics.

Before all of that, I finished my apprenticeship as “Informatiker Fachrichtung Applikationsentwicklung” in August 2022.

Interests

I am a Linux Enthusiast, using NeoVim and Arch Linux to get the most out of my system.

Hobbies

Computers are not my only interest

I really like being in (and learning about) nature.

Anything from hiking, birdwatching, identifying mushrooms or cold-plunging is what I enjoy.

Sports are also a big part of my life. My hopes are that I can be active about 5 days a week, but currently its about 3 days a week. Most of the time I do strength-training, but enjoy cardio as well.
